(button to donate, Go Cardless is set up to take direct debits for £1pm.  Stripe is also set up for payments over £1.  Supporter badge to be provided to all subscribers.  We will need a form for them to fill out with their name, address, email address and phone number.  For donations over £1 we could use Stripe so we would need both facilities)
